Website Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy, or protection you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

1. About Our Products

We sell hair extension products online, including health and beauty products intended for personal use.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, lengths, weights, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on lighting, screens, device settings, and individual perception.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions, colour selections, lengths, quantities, and order details before completing a purchase.

2. Product Suitability

Our products are sold for cosmetic and personal-use purposes. Customers should consider whether the product is suitable for their intended use before purchasing.

Hair extension colour matching, application method, aftercare, suitability, and final appearance can vary depending on the customer’s hair type, natural colour, installation method, maintenance, and use of hair products or heat styling tools.

Any general guidance provided on our website is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional hairdressing, medical, dermatological, or specialist advice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its authorised payment providers. We do not directly store or process your full payment card details on our website.

An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorised and accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, or availability errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to resolve the issue.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • payment has not been authorised;
  • there has been a pricing, stock, or product listing error;
  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
  • we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered using Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. We will take reasonable steps to dispatch orders within the stated handling timeframe, but delivery times may be affected by Australia Post delays, public holidays, weather events, peak periods, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Risk in the product passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout, subject to any rights the customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If an order is lost, significantly delayed, or damaged in transit, customers should contact us so we can assist with the delivery issue.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Return Policy, or any other website policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund, replacement, or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a minor problem, we may provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by Australian Consumer Law.

A product may have a problem if it:

  • is faulty;
  • is unsafe;
  • is not of acceptable quality;
  • is not fit for a purpose made known to us;
  • does not match the description, sample, or representation provided; or
  • does not meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law if the customer:

  • changes their mind;
  • chooses the wrong colour, length, type, or quantity;
  • damages the product through misuse, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions;
  • uses the product in a way that is not intended;
  • causes damage through chemical treatment, heat styling, colouring, bleaching, toning, or improper washing; or
  • decides they no longer want the product after purchase.

Because hair extensions are personal-use health and beauty products, returns for change of mind may be limited where the product has been opened, worn, installed, altered, used, or removed from its original hygienic packaging.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

8. Return Condition Requirements

Where a return is accepted, products must usually be returned:

  • in original condition;
  • unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
  • with original packaging, tags, seals, and hygiene protections intact where applicable;
  • with proof of purchase; and
  • within any timeframe stated in our Return Policy, unless Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

We may refuse a return where the product has been used, damaged, altered, installed, exposed to odours, stained, chemically treated, cut, coloured, or otherwise changed after delivery, unless the return relates to a failure under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Product Care and Use

Customers must follow all product care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website.

Hair extensions may be affected by heat styling, colouring, bleaching, toning, purple shampoo, chemical treatments, chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, oils, incorrect brushing, incorrect washing, incorrect installation, or sleeping with wet hair.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, incorrect installation, unauthorised alteration, or failure to follow care instructions may not be covered by a refund, replacement, or warranty, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

10. Warranties

Any express warranty, care guarantee, or product guarantee we provide is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For hair extension products priced at approximately $300, the expected durability, acceptable quality, and reasonable product performance will depend on the product type, description, materials, price, care instructions, installation method, and how the product is used and maintained.

We do not guarantee that hair extensions will last for a specific period where damage or deterioration is caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, chemical treatment, colouring, heat damage, incorrect installation, or other factors outside our control.

11. Allergies, Sensitivities and Personal Reactions

Customers are responsible for considering any personal allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or reactions before using hair extensions, adhesives, tapes, clips, or related products.

If irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs, the customer should stop using the product and seek appropriate professional advice.

We are not liable for reactions caused by individual sensitivities, incorrect installation, third-party products, adhesives, chemicals, or treatments used with the product, except to the extent required by law.

12. Website Content

All website content, including product images, text, branding, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials, is owned by us or used under licence.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

13. User Conduct

You must not use this website:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
  • to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website;
  • to upload malicious code or harmful material;
  • to misuse product reviews, forms, or account features; or
  • to infringe the rights of another person or business.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, Australia Post, apps, social media platforms, or external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment systems, delivery systems, or content, except to the extent required by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased from us.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

16. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected and used for purposes including order processing, payment verification, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the laws of the State or Territory in which our business is registered.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian laws.
